Outsourced Accounting Services $50/hr.
I act as your accounting dept.  I track all of the accounting functions of your company.  I process your billings, bill payments and payroll as if I was an in-house employee.  You have control over disbursements since you review and sign all checks and you receive a complete set of monthly financial statements with analysis for your review.  
QuickBooks POS Clients $50/hr.
I take your POS data and do all of the accounting using your data.  I prepare bill payments, sales tax reports, payroll, etc.  I handle all of your back office accounting functions which frees you up to manage your sales and inventory functions more effectively.  







Set Up/Training Services $100/hr.
1. A determination of which QuickBooks software is right for your business.  
2. Product installation.  
3. Customer, vendor, and Chart of Accounts set up.  
4. Beginning balance entries.  
5. Payroll service consulting and set up (if needed).  
To setup and train a client with a new installation of QuickBooks will require 4 appointments lasting approximately 2 hours each.  I break up appointments to allow clients to absorb and process the information presented.  
The first appointment is focused on installation and navigation of the software.  I also setup your Chart of Accounts and show you how to setup your Vendor and Customer Lists.  The next appointment we will begin  working with Bank Accounts, Invoicing your Customers and Tracking your Bills.  The 3rd appointment I will setup your Inventory and Track & Pay Sales Tax.  The last appointment is designed to review the setup, configure Payroll (if necessary) and design Custom Reports as needed.  







Client Data Review $100/hr.
1. Review existing file for incorrect set up or usage.  
2. Run reports to tie out ledgers to Balance Sheet.  
3. Review Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss reports looking for improper classifications.  
4. Review Chart of Account usage and balances.  
5. Review client's usage of the program looking for recommendations to increase effectiveness.  
6. Determine if client is using most current release.  
I will provide a three-part report of my findings and recommendations.  You may implement my recommendations yourself or hire me to do it.  I recommend this file review to be done quarterly or semi-annually to prevent small problems becoming huge problems.  






Support $100/hr.
I provide a range of Custom Support options from on-site training to remote control support in which I can log onto your installation remotely to provide support.  I also offer telephone support.  As a former telephone support agent for Lands' End, I understand how to explain issues clearly over the phone, and I have the benefit of understanding your program to offer a consistent level of support.  Also, if a problem needs to be referred to Intuit's support team, there is no extra charge.
